Absolutely amazing!!! Many thanks again Steph, you are very gifted and have wonderful energy. That really was the most intense meditation/healing I have ever experienced! I felt a surge of energy right then, from the top of my head through my entire body, it was a SURGE, not a wave. My heart was beating very quickly and the energy just kept moving through my whole body. After that, I then felt a cool, light tingling sensation starting at my right hand and moving slowly up toward the right shoulder-very slowly. Toward the end of the session, I felt a concentration of energy in my upper back and shoulder blade area. After the session, I stayed still for 5-10 minutes, then drank water and began to move around. I began getting chills and felt slightly nauseated-I continued drinking water until it passed-5-6 glasses. I feel very relaxed and great now. My arm feels good. It was an incredible experience. You really are gifted Stephanie and thank you so much for sharing this gift. (C.G.)
Boy I don't know how you accomplished this but it is great and girl you have

I'm feeling much stronger now and I feel much more confident in myself. It was just the push I needed to take my life back and now I'm moving forward to my rightful place. I know it won't be easy, but at least I'm in control. (L.N.)
This is the first time I have had reiki. I experienced a warmth, but not all over it was concentrated in different areas - namely the soles of my feet and my right elbow. Through out my body though there was a gentle pulsing that was radiating from the center of my body. There was definitely an energy shift. I came down with the flu yesterday and have had a stuffy nose all morning. I have ovarian cysts and have an ankle that once in a blue moon acts up from an old injury and through out the session I was made aware of these body parts through a low grade pain. I fell asleep!! That is why I am giving you my feedback now. Upon waking my nose is not stuffy and there was a tingling sensation between my shoulder blades. A pleasant sensation. Steph I feel lighter and more positive even though I have this stupid flu. I am so thankful to you. I do not know how long this energy kick lasts, but I like it...a lot!! (K.B.)

Anyway, while I was awake, I didn't feel heat as I was expecting, but I felt
like pulsing??? It's hard to describe, but I felt it! My back is better now. I

I have never, ever been able to relax as deeply as I did during that 30-45 minutes. Not even when I am at home, in my own room, meditating. (M.E.)
Sorry I didn't email you last night, but after the healing session I became very tired and fell asleep!! It was very strange, since I did have a nap a couple of hours earlier! Anyway, what I felt during the session is waves of energy. No feeling of heat, but just this pull of energy and then back to normal. I felt that a few times and nothing else. It would come in short spurts then leave. It was a very interesting feeling. (B.F.)
You should offer some "psychic" reading with your sessions! Not only was your session amazing you are spot on with your email. I sat up with a pillow behind me head, put on my shamanic meditation music and closed me eyes. Right away I felt soooooo relaxed and my feet were tingling:) I also saw the color green which is a healing color so I think you are a very powerful healer. After about 10 mins I fell asleep. You are very right, I am been so tired lately. I have only been getting about 5hrs of sleep. Anyways, I feel really good! Thank you! You were great :) (L.B.)
At first, my hands became tingly ... but softly tingling ...I had a little trouble relaxing during the first 10 minutes , but then i was like "gone" for 20 minutes. I also felt a warmth coming over my body ... not like when you get hot and start to sweat ... just a warm glow around my body? i came out of my 'wherever i was' during that 20 minutes, just as the half hour was passed, like i sensed the session was over? i did feel a lot more energetic when i got back up, but also like i had been excersizing for an hour, not tired but energised? so i really thank you dearly stephanie, it was my first time receiving Reiki and i loved it! Hi Stephanie, Thank you so much for the reiki session last night. Interesting things were I felt a tugging at my throat area kind of like a pulling sensation. But the other thing was for the past 3 weeks i have been dealing with sciatica. I felt a warmth and then no pain at all in my lower back . This morning it feels much better. Also the relaxation, at one point I felt my body totally relax. Awesome. Thanks so much. Light and love to you. (L.L.)

Wow! I'm more relaxed than I have been in months.I think my neck cracked in 6 places when i got up. The post surgical muscle spasms (that the surgeon said are normal) above and behind my breast are not gone, but they are at a tolerable pain level, where before they would make me stop what i was doing to focus all my energy on making them quit. And I'm not on the verge of a migraine any more either. I had interesting color waves that I've never seen before. Mostly deep purple and indigo with some greens yellows and pinks. When I walked into the computer room after the session, my partner took one look at me and said, "OK, she's the real deal". As relaxed as I still am 3 hours later I might actually sleep through the night. Thank you so much Stephanie! I already believed in Reiki, now I have first hand experience that it works from a distance. (C.C.)
Stephanie has totally amazed me with her talents. She has given me 2 distant Reiki treatments. When I first contacted her, I told her how I was feeling with all my aches and pains. During the first treatment, I could feel warmth in various areas from my ribcage down, as well as some pulsating here and there. I knew exactly where she was working. I mentioned that I didn’t really feel anything in my upper body, and she thought I had some blockages that needed some work. Shortly after the first treatment, I had a visit with my doctor, who ordered MRIs of my brain and cervical spine. I contacted Stephanie who gave me another treatment the day before I had the MRIs. She told me that she could feel something going
on in my upper back and neck, that it felt very cold. Well don’t you know, when the MRI results came back, I have 3 bulging disks, a herniated disk, and an arthritis spur in my cervical spine. She was exactly right. I am starting physical therapy now and am hoping to get a few more treatments with her. She has totally impressed me with how she can do these distant Reiki treatments! Stephanie is a healer I will use again. I move a lot and find it difficult to find reliable healers in all the cities in which I've lived. It's easier to just have Stephanie give me distant healings, as I know I will get the treatment I need by someone who can do the work! Today's healing was case in point. I knew two chakra were not behaving well and asked Stephanie for a Chios or Reiki treatment, which ever she felt would work, to help clear and open them. After scanning me, she did, indeed, find that the two were in need of a little extra help. I was delighted with the results. The chakra in question responded immediately to Stephanie's energy work and that has helped me get a little more balance for my evening meds (meditation). Her treatment included a follow up email to describe what she saw and suggestions she had for me. Follow up treatments will definitely be sought, should I find, I'm not doing my best at keeping the chakra aligned, clear, and open. Thanks Stephanie, YOU ROCK! (Q.H.)
