REIKI SESSION - $25.00 A gentle technique, Reiki (ray-key) helps to balance physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Reiki helps you achieve relaxation and can help reduce pain and anxiety. Reiki is a Japanese word which means “universal life force energy.” It is an energy healing technique where the practitioner serves as a channel for transmitting energy to the client. The energy is usually transmitted through the hands of the practitioner which activates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself. Our bodies are made of energy, and a reiki practitioner focuses on areas where energy may be blocked, then sends energy to any areas that are not functioning optimally. A Reiki session normally lasts between thirty (30) and forty five (45) minutes. CHIOS ENERGY HEALING SESSION - $25.00 Chios Energy Healing is a relatively new yet very comprehensive energy healing system which employs powerful and effective aura and chakra healing techniques, nearly all of which are unique to Chios. Energy healing is one of the most profound and fundamental alternative therapies in the field of alternative medicine and holistic health. A Chios session will normally last between thirty (30) and forty five (45) minutes. I also teach the Chios method of healing in person or via distant learning. CHAKRA BALANCING SESSION - $25.00 The root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras are balanced to help clear trapped energy from them. This balances and strengthens the chakras so that they can more efficiently handle the flow of energy. This session typically takes between thirty (30) and forty five (45) minutes. Take home a set of chakra gemstones like those used during your session for an additional $10.00.
AROMATHERAPY- Aromatherapy is the science of how scent affects our attitudes and behavior, and is a natural method of restoring mind-body-spirit balance. I prepare custom blended aromatherapy sprays made with pure, high quality essential oils. Price varies.
GEMSTONES- Holistic practitioners believe that blockages and disruptions can occur in the flow of its natural energy, causing stress, pain or other symptoms and that the use of crystals and gemstones may assist in alleviating these symptoms. I stock a variety of gemstone items, including tumbled stone chakra sets, bracelets, keychains and more. Price varies.
